Bio: Jack was rescued from a lab at 6 years old, never knowing the comfort of a bed – which was clear to us right away. He is learning to love the comfort of his very first dog bed, blankets, and cuddling with the humans. He is lovable, gentle, curious, and shy.

Ruby (Formerly known as Ruthie)

Foster Dates: 05/22/25 – 06/21/25

Update: Ruthie was adopted by a lovely woman and her family in Texas after her stay with us here in Los Osos, CA.

Bio: Ruthie was transported from overseas, rescued from an animal testing facility in China. It took a lot to get her here, and it is all thanks to the wonderful staff at BFP who made her rescue possible, along with 54 other beagles! She is a very sweet girl, I am so excited to watch her fall in love with the next chapter of her life. She is confident, friendly, and so much fun to have around!
