Getting married and want your dog(s) to be there for part of the day? You’re already on the right track! Let’s get you booked with a professional dog handler to work with your pup(s) during this magical and truly life-changing event.

Packages

Partial day (up to 4 hours) – $295

Most of the day (up to 6 hours) – $425

Full day coverage (up to 8 hours) – $550

All packages include:

• an in-person meeting to discuss pet care needs and build your custom schedule. (Pet care services can be arranged for dates surrounding your wedding in addition to the day-of services provided).
• In-home pet care on the day of your wedding (feeding, potty breaks, supervision in hotels or airbnb’s and/or care for other animals in the home).
• Transportation to and from multiple locations (as time allows) for event participation and photo opportunities for photographers.
• Scheduled behind-the-scenes photo sessions with your photographer.
• Scheduled breaks from the event so your pup(s) gets the down time they need in-between their participation.

Why do I offer this service?

I really wish my dog was at our wedding when my partner and I got married, but when we talked about including her it was a frustrating conversation, What would we do with her? and who was going to handle her during the wedding? We wanted all of our guests to be able to participate to their fullest ability without having to manage our somewhat difficult pup. In the end, we decided to leave her home for the day with supplemental pet care due to the long hours away from home.

Now I offer dog handling services at weddings to provide pet owners the exact experience I had imagined my dog would have had at our wedding, including planning supplemental care for the dates surrounding your wedding/honeymoon.

Our dog needs additional training support, what then?

Many dogs will need additional training support for one reason or another. I have a background in working with rescued animals, dogs actively in shelter environments, and offering dog training services while maintaining a relationship with a highly experienced mentor who specializes in R+ training methods.

We can always book additional training support sessions prior to your event to prepare you and your dog for the best experience possible.

Can I hire an additional photographer just for this?

Yes! I highly recommend having a photographer booked who will focus on capturing your dogs experience throughout the day. I work with two photographers that I highly recommend for this role, as they both have experience with wedding photography in addition to pet photography with equal amounts of passion for both.
